Sorry I've kept you waiting!

I am so sorry to keep you all waiting on my posts and photos. But I'm not exaggerating; since whe've got here, we're in a very tight schedule. To give an example: I haven't even called my boyfriend Syb once, while I really wanted to. I miss you sweetie! Although the schedule is tight, it is so overwhelming, impressive, inspiring, interesting and out of this world. We've been treated like Royal highnesses. From morning till night we've been taking care of by Rotarians. They feed us, drive us, make sure we're comfortable. The have been nothing but great.
I'd like to share some pictures with you, just to give you an impression of the things we've done so far.

We had a welcome party at Johrita Solari's house. The house was impressive, it had it's own library and cinema in it!

We had a very inpiring class at Chapman University about Peace studies and conflict management from a great professor. We could benefit it all, although we are in different professions, since there are conflicts everywhere.

Here I am at our first Rotary meeting in Orange with my host: Diane. She's doing a great job as my host. She is the sweetest!
The Rotary meeting was quitte an experience. It is so different from the meetings in the Netherlands.

We watched baseball; Angels - Red Socks. Angels lost, great experience though!
